Depression: You put a "?" which means that there is still a piece of you that isn't certain. So, i will help to remove the "?" and to replace it with a "!". Depression is treatable. There is hope and you do need help "!". God bless.

Depression help: I agree with dr. Fowler that help is available. You can start with your own family doctor for a good history & physical. Some physical illnesses can predispose to or present with depression. You can also see a psychiatrist for more focused evaluation and meds if needed -- some also do psychotherapy. Psychologists are skilled in psychotherapy. If suicidal, see a doctor today -- even in an er.
