Nearly anyone: Anyone could be at risk, but more so if you have a family history of depression or bipolar illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. If you use substances like that yourself, you would be at higher risk. If you have ongoing medical illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and ms, etc you have higher likelihood. Some medications like antihypertensives & oral contraceptives can add risk also.
