Nausea, mild: Nausea and some headache early on when starting, those go away. It can caused increased blood pressure, so you may want to check periodically when you start the medication. Also, like ssris, there is the possibility of sexual dysfunction and delayed ejaculation.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): Gi upset, headache, tremors, muscle aches, dry mouth, sore throat, nausea, appetite changes, frequent urination, etc.
