What are some of the common side effects of cymbalta (duloxetine)?

See below: Most common by far is nausea, as about 40% initially experience it. Vomiting can also be seen. And loss of appetite with weight loss may ensue. Have not seen drowsiness and only very rare dizziness. Said to have some liver issues, but have not seen that.
