Duloxetine: The most frequent side effects with Cymbalta (duloxetine) include nausea (so take with food), headache, dry mouth, sleepiness, sweating and initially a decrease in appetite. Some people can have insomnia or vivid dreams. In general side effects are mild and go away within a few days.

Nausea, mild: Nausea and some headache early on when starting, those go away. It can caused increased blood pressure, so you may want to check periodically when you start the medication. Also, like ssris, there is the possibility of sexual dysfunction and delayed ejaculation.
