Couple things: Pregnancy can cause this, but so can a few non pregnancy related things like endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids. In addtion cervical infections can also result in cramping after sex. Until you see your gyn provider for an evaluation consider taking motrin/ibuprofen 30 minutes before sex. Also, semen prostaglandins may cause cramps, so try having partner pull out or condom.
