Keep at it: Side cramps are a product of Lactic Acid buildup - a by-product of intense exercise. Warm up slowly gradually increasing your intensity. If the cramps happen, slow down, breath deeply with forceful exhales, reaching for the sky with your arms. Resume exercise once they stop but start at a lower intensity at first. Also make sure your not eating right before exercise and are hydrating.
