See ENT doc: If you suffered a broken nose, or are having trouble breathing through your nose see your local ENT doctor. There are many possible causes, each with a specific treatment. Your primary care provider can recommend a specialist in your area to help you.

Breathe right strip: The breathe right strips that are sold in pharmacies can be very helpful for you if you have a broken nose. Also steroid or antihistamine nasal sprays can also be helpful but these are prescription. An ENT doctor should look in your nose and see what the problem truly is.
