Angular stomatitis?: This may require prolonged treatment and even a biopsy. This could benefit from a 3 week course of tetracycline if considered o be angular stomatitis. However I have also seen other diseases such as lupus cause similar lesions. You are best to remain under the care of a dermatologist to assess your response to various treatment regimens.
