Hi i started getting left pubic bone tenderness two months ago. now got left knee pain and sit bone tenderness on the left. i've had untold tests.

Needs rheumatologic : Needs rheumatologic evaluation. It is my experience that blood and urine tests are unlikely to provide an answer for this type of problem. Requires a trained/experienced physician evaluation.

Sounds like...: Sounds like a form of spondylitis! you may be having pubic symphysitis, or inflammation of the pubic bone. The constellation of this with ischeal gluteal bursitis and knee problems coming together strongly suggest this. See a rheumatologist!
