You should see: A colorectal surgeon. This may be a hemorrhoid or a rectal polyp. No amount of bleeding should ever be considered normal. You may need a colonoscopy depending on your age and history and what is seen on the office exam. Don't delay. Not an emergency but also not something you should ignore. Get it checked out and taken care of.
