A member asked:

I am platelet count of 75000 . do i need any exercise restrictions ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Apparently not but,,: Your platelet count, although below normal, is not technically considered thrombocytopenia. This is considered to be where the count is below 50000. Between 30 and 50k there may be bruising with trauma and below this, spontaneous bruising, but there may be no symptoms. Having said this it would be smart to try not to do too much contact exercise and try not to be too intense. Best of luck.
