A member asked:

Is it posible for a patient to need b12 injections (deficiency) and also be allergic to the b12 injections?

Possibly: However, giving nutrients by injection is quite different from pharmaceuticals. The symptoms that {presumably) have been found to be caused by B12 deficiency usually get worse with injection before getting better with subsequent injections. We call this now well known phenomenon "paradox" because it is the opposite of what is expected. This may or may not apply to you.
