B12 deficiency and receiving injections for the past two years yet my levels have not come up past 190 would there be a reason for this ?

Sounds odd: How was the deficiency proved? Were there changes in blood? The quoted level is already high and may mean that the injected B12 is not being used in metabolism. I can't help any further.
