Whats the treatment for several cysts on the same ovary?

Depends on size: It's normal to have small cysts, multiple of them, on the ovary every month. Typically they are 0.5 to 2cm. Also typically cysts 3-6 cm resolve spontaneously on their own. It also is important what type of cyst you have. A cyst filled with water is almost always benign. Solid cysts need a doctors evaluation.

Generally nothing: All women have cysts on their ovaries from prior ovulated eggs. They are generally of no clinical significance. If you're concerned, check w/your doctor.
