Contact your Gyno: Any time someone has "severe and constant" pain, it's time to seek medical care. Making an appointment with your family doc or Gyno A pelvic exam followed by pelvic ultrasound will probably be done to determine the current size of the cyst, to rule out other causes and determine the appropriate treatment. The cyst may have ruptured. This can also cause pain.

Time to see GYN: I'm not certain that your GYN will recommend this, because I don't know everything about your medical history, but usually surgical removal of these cysts is the definitive therapy. Call and make an appointment ASAP, since this is significantly affecting your quality of life. Good luck!
