YEs: But prep h won't help other than as a lubricant. The best thing you can do during pregnancy to avoid hemorrhoid issues and constipation is to be sure you are drinking 80-100 oz of caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily and put up with the frequent urination. Much better to void frequently than to have to deal with hemorrhoids.
