I can not guarantee.: I cannot guarantee safety of use however I used hair products during pregnancy. I know there are documentaries indicating whether pregnant or not that cream relaxers are not safe; however you could look at what you are using to see if you really have to use it. If you look at the ingredients and see what could be really unsafe for you avoid and replace with a different product.
