See your provider: Most likely, it is bacterial vaginitis. This is a build up of bacteria that causes your symptoms. You may get this even if you are a virgin. A diagnosis may be obtained with a pelvic exam and a couple of simple tests in the office. The treatment is an oral or vaginal antibiotic.
