Yes: Dub usually means that you ovulate very irregularly. Since you can only get pregnant around the time of ovulation, you need to try to figure out when you ovulate. Sometimes this can be done with basal body temperature charts or ovulation test kits. Your gyn can help you with this. If you are not ovulating, then an infertility doctor can help you ovulate. So yes there is hope.

Sure: Dysfunctional uterine bleeding happens frequently in women. It doesn't mean you will never get pregnant. Keep on trying. It is easier when your periods are back to regular schedule, so may want to wait a couple - 3 months.

DYB with pregnancy: Mostly in your age group you can have polycystic ovarian syndrome and you should check your progestrone level or lh to assess your ovaluation time for timely relationship, usually at midcycle at 10 to 18 days every other day with cycle about 28 to 32 days. Discharge is not an indicator of ovulation. Good luck.
