Yes: If you have a positive pregnancy test, you're pregnant. Is it a normal pregnancy? The urine test can't tell that. It's possible to have bleeding or spotting when you're pregnant. My recommendation would be to see a doctor to confirm you have an intrauterine pregnancy. They can perform ultrasound as well a check a blood test to see what your pregnancy levels are. Best of luck!
