Pollen: Seasonal allergies are very common, & usually due to pollen. Starting a daily non-sedating antihistamine (claritin, zyrtec, allegra), & adding a nasal steroid spray if needed will help.

Grass pollen: In the spring, the grasses release pollen, sending tiny grains into the air which you breathe into your nose. This sets up the allergic condition. Try antihistamines to reduce the sneezing and runny nose with itchy eyes. Try to avoid being outdoors when the wind is blowing. Good luck.
