Basics: If you can, get in to a doctor who will monitor you and your pregnancy and be there for delivery. In the meantime take a daily multi-vitamin with folate, (folic acid) increase your hydration with juices and milk, be reassured the fatique is normal, stay active. Good luck and be well.

Rest : Rest as. Much as you can during this te. Your fatigue and aches are very common in the first trimester .Besure you are healthy , take hor prenatal with Folic Acid and see the OB

See below: Why am i having leg cramps during pregnancy? No one really knows why pregnant women get more leg cramps. It's possible that your leg muscles are tired from carrying around all of your extra weight. Or they may be aggravated by the pressure your expanding uterus puts on the blood vessels that return blood from your legs to your heart and the nerves that lead from your trunk to your legs. Leg cram.
