Seek pediatrician : Base on your brief comment, I recommend seeking pediatrician's evaluation. Pediatric care is not my specialty. Kids have lower threshold for rapid deterioration. Hence, if I were you, I would do a full work up. This way there is no doubt in your mind of what's going on. Hope this help.
