SERIOUS: Get seen! when you say: 'can't keep down water' , this will lead to dehydration, so this is a serious situation. You may have an esophageal (food pipe) obstruction due to stricture (scar) or tumor. The chest burning suggests esophagitits (esophageal inflammation) which can be caused by acid reflux or yeast infection (candida). You may need scope (egd) & acid blocker (ppi) hope you get well soon!
