Need gyne: Amenorrhea for 10 years isn't safe because of the risks of unopposed estrogen leading to endometrial and breast cancers. Assuming no medical care for years, a gynecologist and possibly endocrinologist need to be involved. Menopause and other medical reasons for this may also need to be ruled out.
