Multiple symptoms: Low grade fever, nasal or eye congestion, slight cough, diarrhea together suggest a virus infection which needs support with clear liquids (like "pedialyte" or white grape juice) to prevent dehydration, suction nose, gently clean eyes, and fever reducer if needed. If lasting more that a week should be checked for ear infection. Needs to be seen right away if dehydrated, breathing problems, etc.

Has a cold: While your child may be teething, this would not cause yellow mucus in his eyes or a cough. He as a cold. Take him to his pediatrian for an evaluation.

Pediatrician : Some of these symptoms can occur when a baby is teething, but since they also occur for other reasons, it is best to call the pediatrician especially if this has been going on for awhile. Make sure your baby si not dehydrated.

Get the baby checked: Some of these symptoms do occur with teething. It sounds as though there maybe an infection. I'd get him checked out.

Teething: Teething may cause: more drooling, may cause rash around mouth. Restless/decreased sleeping due to gum discomfort. Refusal of food due to gum soreness. Fussiness. Hands to the mouth. Rubbing cheek/ear region due to referred pain. Diarrhea: generally mild and doesn't need special treatment. Cough: the abundance of saliva drips down the throat, causing coughs low-grade fevers. 101+, see an md.

Could be: It could be a bacterial infection or it could be a virus such as the common cold. If temp gets higher or cough gets worse have your child seen by their pediatrician.
