Burn reconstruction: ...Can be done years after the original injury, if needed. There's really no upper limit for this.

Really no limit: As long as you don't have other medical conditions which preclude surgery, there really is no time limit. I would encourage you to seek care from an experienced plastic surgeon to help you out.
