Yes: If you have not had any miscarriage, nor episodes of venous thromboembolism (vte), then you are fortunate. Hydration with water, using 20-30 mm hg compression hose, taking baby Aspirin prior flying, doing calf-muscle exercises, walking around the plane should help decrease risk for vte. If you have had miscarriage, vte before, see your obstetrician.
