Hope this helps...: Ideally, i'd like to get more info from you like if your symptoms also include dizziness, lightheadedness, headaches, and/or sinus disease (stuffy nose , throat drainage). It could have to do with something in your ear, your ear drum, inner ear, or sinuses. It is best to have a pcp or ear nose and throat specialist look in your ears, mouth and nose to examine you further. Take care.

No clear answer: There is no clear answer for this. Perhaps you have an unrecognized ear drum perforation or middle ear effusion but the only way to know for sure is to get an ear examination.
