Yes, but: Frequent, severe seizure activities may cause some joint problems, espcially tmj...But generally not. It is also possible to dislocate a joint, such as shoulder, but not common... If, however, it is causing fall/trauma to joints, problems can develope, but this is rare. Otherwise, seizure activities themselves should not cause joint problems unless you already have underlying joint diseases...

Sholuder dislocation: Claddically posterior shoulder dislocation muscle soreness is common as well should resolve with control of the seizures consult a nerologist for appropriate meds.
