Alcohol and Health: In reality this plan is not the wisest one I have heard. That is a lot of sugar or carbohydrate calories for someone with arterial and gall bladder troubles. The myth that a certain amount of wine protects the heart is in reality more a theoretical reality than one that is seen in the real world. Please choose a plan that is more specifically going to be safe for your overall health.

I don't see any bad: Effect of the wine on the kidneys and gallbladder. Alcohol intake may cause more liver problems - inflammation/ hepatitis , scarring/ cirrhosis and stomach issues- gastritis/stomach wall irritation, acid reflux. There are other ways to minimize or prevent atherosclerosis- dietary restriction, exercise, meds, herbals etc. Best wishes!http://www.Livestrong.Com/article/429606-herbs-that-remove-plaque.
