Is multiple small cysts bilateral on kidneys and stones concerning for a 28 yr old male? healthy weight (138 lb, 511 height). sometimes have hypertension readings (systolic ranging from 135 to 145)?

Need more info: Your family history is important to explore if there is history of kidney disease, particularly polycystic kidney disease. It would be prudent to consult a nephrologist. Keep your blood pressure under control. Wish you good health!
