Yes: According to the national institutes of health the recommended maximum intake of vitamin e is 1500 iu/day, though i seldom advise more than 800 iu/day. Most multivitamins contain only 30 iu of e though some have up to 400 iu. I advise only natural vit e (d-alpha tocopherol) & avoiding synthetic e (dl-alpha tocopherol) & ideally taking e with mixed tocopherols. See my comment for why:.
