See below: The fat pads under the eyes often lose bulk in excess to fat reduction around the waist, thigh, etc. Some facial plastic surgeons perform "fat injections" as fillers.

Fat loss in face: This is a common issue for people undergoing weight loss. The fat in the facial regions decreases as do the other areas of the body. Facial fillers like restylane, (dermal fillers) radiesse, and juverderm work fantastically to replace this volume loss. But these last anywhere from 1-2 years and will need to be redone. Fat transfer to face can work as well. Seek advise from board certified plastic surgeon.
