My 9 month old has had a fever for 24 hrs, i've been alternating with motrin and tylenol, (acetaminophen) but hasn't broke. what should i do, its spiked to 103.

Fever: When the fever begins to rise put your child in a warm bath and let him soak for20-30 minutes. Also push fluids. If fever persists see your pediatrician.
