Had high b/p for years. had an mi and was given a stent in 2001. was given metropolol , benazapryl, & htcz (which i stopped ) it's no longer high, but dystolic is low 127/53. should meds be lowered?

See your primary : You will get the best care in a long term relationship with a provider who knows you over time. Your numbers are not too low unless you feel light headed when you first stand up or change positions rapidly . Good luck.

No : This is a great BP ...Focus is on systolic rather diastolic bp.
