Maybe position: It could be due to positioning in the table, and if so should be temporary and self limited. If its severe and persistent, the surgeon should be called. May need to get an opinion from anesthesiologist as well.

See below: This sounds like it could be due to either positioning (nerve compression) or swelling in the wrist compartment in a patient with underlying carpal tunnel syndrome. This should be followed by their surgeon and anesthesiologist to make sure it resolves.
