A comprehensive neuro exam will be needed. While carpal tunnel is possible, it will not explain your symptoms in the lower extremities.

Agree with Dr. P. To rule out vitamin deficiency as the cause of your symptoms, take an over the counter multivitamin preparation. If it does not make things better in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to consult your doctor. Wish you good health!
