Hello, i would like to know how long it takes for for a scar to reduce in thickness and also become flat. i've had a raised scar for 6months now?

See below: If it has bveen raised for 6 months then it is almost certainly going to stay that way. In cosmetic counters there is some expensive "medication" that may in fact reduce a scar but I have no personal experience with it.
