Probably not, but: Do take this opportunity to find a marriage therapist or psychotherapist who does couple's work. Getting things as smooth as possible before the birth will save you so much trouble after it - it's a great investment! both of you and the baby will hopefully have this argument to be thankful for. Your wife can ask her obgyn for reassurance on the baby's condition.

No: Definitely not. Pregnancy is a difficult time and it's very common for relationships to struggle and adjust with the changes associated with adding a new baby to the family. So long as your wife eats healthy diet, gets plenty of rest, exercises and avoids foods that can be harmful, follows her doctors instructions, baby should be fine. We all had stress in pregnancy, but babies turned out fine!
