Brown spot on penis: Most of the brown spots on the glans penis are pigmented moles which can be light to dark brown to black.These are benign lesions and do no need any treatment.But having said that if it changes in colour, appearance, and feel.If it feel rough to touch and grows bigger or is uncomfortable or becomes painful, then you need to see your dematologist or urologist to have it biopsied.Most are benign.
