See below: This is common. It more apt to be the stress of having shot wears the baby out and makes them sleepy.

Normal: Some children are a bit sleepier after shots. This is normal. Tylenol (acetaminophen) reduces fever and pain. So your might be more able to sleep as a consequence.

Normal: Mine does that too. He could run a mild fever afterwards, and that can cause some fatigue. They quickly bounce back!
