Temperature: An axillary temperature of 103.3 is a rectal temperature greater than 104. If the Tylenol (acetaminophen) decreases his temperature and he seems otherwise well, have him see his MD tomorrow. If he remains unwell, go to the ER.

With no other: symptoms not quiet yet. If the temperature does not come down in a couple hours, to give the tylenol (acetaminophen) time to work, of if the temperature goes up or other symptoms occur call their physician or go to the ER
