Not recommended: Loosing so much weight in such a short period of time is not recommended. It's a good exercise and diet program weight loss may top 1-2 pounds a week. Most important is to change overall eating habits so wright loss can be maintained. Your friend is very young and at a good time to develop good habits that will keep her healthy for many years to come.
