Why does pri menopause makes you feel dreadful?

Hormonal changes: Peri menapause, as we refer to it in america signals the beginning of a downward spiral of serum estrogens, progesterone, and testosterone. Decreasing levels of these three hormones can lead to heat intolerance, mood changes, irritability, decreased libido, vaginal dryness, and changes in hair and skin, to name a few. Supplimentation should begin after appropriate labs confirm the diagnosis.
