I have a pain in my foot. i can bend my toes without pain. it hurts walking and when i squeeze the metacarpals together. any ideas?

See a doctor: This could be many things. The pain might be refer from other areas called trigger points or arthritis. You better see a doctor and possible need to get x- spray to find out the true cause.

Ideas: It could be many things, here is just a small list and i agree you should see a physician for a thorough exam. Stress fracture, neuroma, ligament tear, lisfranc injury, metatarsalgia (painful MTP joints), capsulitis, etc. Good luck.
