Go to the Doctor now: If you are having cramping pains and you are this premature please get to the OB today to make sure you are not in early labor. 26 weeks is too soon to have a baby and they will do everything they can to arrest the labor.

Call you doctor!: Your symptoms are not typical and are very concerning for preterm labor. If you are not in labor i would want your baby's size evaluated because of your weight loss. This is something that must be done in person, so don't delay by poking around here for an answer.
