Time to call doc: It sounds like you are having significant contractions and at ~34 wks, you are at a pretty good age, but still a bit early. If these are forceful contractions, it could mean premature labor and so contacting yur OB doc is a right thing to do now. Congrats on the pregnancy and good luck.
