I would check at: least 2 pregnancy tests, 1 week apart, to make sure you are not pregnant.. at least until you have your regular periods. The cramps could be worsening menstrual cramps from infection or a miscarriage, so make sure you are not pregnant first. Thank you for trusting HealthTap.
